In order to simplify the preparation of PDI files for internal clubworker competitions we have made some changes.
The changes are:
1. You no longer need to complete a paper entry form to go with your PDI entry. However, you MUST make sure your USB drive/stick is labelled with your name externally. CDs/DVDs are also still acceptable.
2. You no longer need to put a number and space as the first part of your image filenames. For example a file which used to be named 01 My Dog can now be named My Dog
N.B. All other requirements remain the same. The new guidelines will apply for our next PDI competition on March 11th 2014 and can be found by clicking on the link at the head of this blog page “Read this before handing in Clubworker PDIs”
On February 25th, after Alan Saunders show, Jonathan will demonstrate how a clubworker PDI competition is set up and will try to answer any questions you may have. Please read the full guidelines before that night. February 25th is handing in for the March 11th PDI comp but on this occasion images will be accepted the following week March 4th.
Now that the process of entering PDI images is so simple we do expect 100% compliance to both the guidelines and deadlines. If you miss a deadline please don’t ask if you can send them late by email.
