1. Achieve 3rd place or better in the L&CPU Annual Club Competition and thus qualify to represent the region in the Annual PAGB Inter-club Print and PDI competitions in Warwick and Ormskirk respectively.
  2. Demonstrably cater for the needs of beginner, intermediate and advanced photographers within the Club by providing within the syllabus for 2018-19 an educational and inspirational programme enabling all photographers to “up their game” and achieve recognition through National and International awards.
  3. Encourage and enable an inclusive and convivial social atmosphere within the Club enabling everyone to participate in a range of Club activities.
  4. Attract additional new talented photographers into the Club and retain all which we currently have
  5. Provide for the future of the Club by developing a comprehensive succession plan for committee roles enabled by a set of role descriptions for each position on the committee.
