As you all know, our Annual Exhibition featuring the North Cheshire Challenges is fast approaching. We have ca 150 entries into the Print competition and I expect a similar number in PDIs. Entries are now closed, but there are a number of other things I would like you to do please:

  1. Buy your tickets for the Dinner, Presentation and Social Evening on Friday 18th March. Tickets are £10 each or you can buy a multi event ticket which allows you into both nights of the North Cheshire Challenges and the Dinner for the discounted price of £15. We encourage you to bring along your husband, wife, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend (only one of these please), or a chum to enjoy the evening. Please specify your choice of main meal (beef lasagne or chicken (chasseur) when you purchase your ticket.
  2. Donate a prize for our raffles on the Wednesday or Thursday evenings of the Challenges. We rely on our raffle income to mitigate our other costs and our success is dependent on your generosity in donating prizes. If you have something you would be willing to donate please pass it to Paula or any other member of the committee.
  3. Help us staff the public opening sessions of the Exhibition. These are from 10.00am until 4.00pm on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th March.  If you have a couple of hours to spare in either of these time windows please put your name on the sign up sheet at the Club next Tuesday evening and/or let one of the committee know of your willingness to help.
  4. Help us put up the Exhibition on Wednesday 16th March and / or take it all back down again on Saturday 19th March. Putting up begins at 12 noon; taking down about 10am. There is no need to sign up but please come along to help out. The more helpers the better and not everyone will be involved in man handling heavy kit.

With your help we can make our 2016 Exhibition, open to the public for the first time for quite a while, our most successful ever.
