Following the posting of scores for all images entered into the recent L&CPU Annual Individual competition we should offer our congratulations to new President Noel Patterson who achieved 5th place in the L&CPU Photographer of the Year 2016 with a combined score for 12 prints and 12 PDIs of 278. Noel was ahead of everyone except such photographic luminaries as Phil Barber who finished first on 296, Christine Widdall, 2nd on 286; Terry Donnelley, 3rd on 282 and Margaret Sixsmith, 4th on 279. Congratulations Noel.
