Our last meeting was memorable, attracting visitors from outside the NCPS. Dave Boam gave an excellent demonstration of his photographic abilities, while displaying an extraordinary knowledge of architecture. Speaking for myself, I will never dismiss a building as “Brutalist” again!
Next Tuesday, you have me. I will be talking about the possibilities of audio-visual presentations, with a few examples of my own work as well as an excellent example of Martin Pickles’ mastery of Street Photography.
The meeting as ever starts at 8pm at the Civic Centre. If you choose to come early, you will be certain to find yourself in good company at the Farmer’s Arms where a number of our members usually start the evening with a drink (not necessarily alcoholic)
Next Tuesday, if the meeting ends early, we can decamp to the Farmer’s Arms or equivalent, to carry on our conversations in a convivial setting.
