We had a good number of entries for last Tuesday’s PDI competition with high standards throughout. Andrew Mills, our judge, was excellent, with a wonderful ability to appreciate what makes a great photograph, not restricted by rigid “rules” which can sometimes penalise innovative photography. Congratulations to all who achieved high scores!

Next week we have Barry Mead FRPS EFIAP/d3 talking to us about “Windmills of your mind”. This was originally planned for November last year, but was cancelled at the last minute, and now, hopefully, we have another chance to enjoy it.

Barry’s Wildlife Photography has been accepted in International Exhibitions, however, since 2013 he has put most of his efforts into his creative work which has gained a great many awards in international salons/exhibitions.

Like all meetings in January and most of February, this will be a Zoom meeting. Non members should contact me to get the Zoom link details.

See you on Tuesday!
