Following the posting of scores for all images entered into the recent L&CPU Annual Individual competition we should offer our congratulations to new President Noel Patterson who achieved 5th place in the L&CPU Photographer of the Year 2016 with a combined score for 12 prints and 12 PDIs of 278. Noel was ahead of everyone
