Following a committee meeting on Wednesday 30th March the committee would like to invite nominations to the following positions:
Exhibition Secretary
Syllabus Secretary
PDI secretary
and, especially from any new members of NCPS, Member without portfolio.
The job descriptions for each of these roles can be found on the web site.
If you would like to put forward your own name or that of someone else too bashful to do so please let me know ASAP. Of course, you are free to propose any member of the Society (with their permission please) for any position you like if you think they will do a better job than the committee nominees but please do so ASAP and certainly before the close of nominations 48hrs before the AGM.
We also welcome any proposed motions for discussion at the AGM. If you have something you think we should do and which requires discussion at the AGM please bring it to the attention of any officer of the Society ASAP.
And please be aware that our Constitution requires any motions to the AGM to be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members of the Society and submitted in written form to the Secretary (Paula) at least 14 days before the AGM.
