I have booked Alex Hyde to talk to the club on the 29 September 2015 “Close encounters” . Alex is able to offer a workshop for 6 people during the day ( venue to be confirmed).

“We could certainly look at doing a workshop on the same day as my talk, that could work really well. Would it be possible to use the same venue as your club meets in? My macro sessions work well indoors as I have several interesting invertebrates I can being along. To get good one-to-one time with me, I would recommend limiting the group size to 6. I put a big emphasis on off-camera flash, and so if members didn’t have their own setup they might have to work in small groups to share round the equipment I have, though I am sure we will manage between us.”

The cost would be  £50 if all six places are filled and exact details confirmed once I know there is enough interest to pencil this in.
